- The IP address of the requesting computer,
- The name of the owner of the IP address range (usually your Internet Access Provider),
- The date and time of access,
- The website from which access was made (referrer URL) and, if applicable, the search term used,

This constitutes our legitimate interest in data processing under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
2. Creating a Customer Account
It is not necessary to register beforehand to place orders in the online shop. A customer account is automatically created during the ordering process based on your order details (see section 3).
If a password is defined during the ordering process, the customer can view their data and order history within a customer area after placing the order.
The legal basis for data processing for this purpose is your consent under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
3. Shopping in the Online Shop
If you wish to place orders in our online shop, we need the following data to process the contract:
- First and last name
- Billing address (and delivery address, if different)
- Payment information (depending on the selected payment method)
- Login details, i.e., email address and optionally password
Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy or you have not explicitly consented, we will only use the aforementioned data to process the contract, namely to process your orders, deliver the ordered products, ensure proper payment, and, if necessary, inform you about our offers.
If you provide us with personal data of other individuals, such as details about the recipient of a gift, please only disclose such personal data if you are authorized to do so under applicable data protection laws and if the other person agrees to the disclosure of their personal data for processing purposes.
The legal basis for data processing for this purpose is the fulfillment of a contract under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
4. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We only share your personal data if you have explicitly consented, if there is a legal obligation, or if it is necessary to enforce our rights, particularly to enforce claims arising from the contractual relationship.
Additionally, we share your data with third parties if necessary for the use of the website and the contract processing (including outside the website), such as processing your order or support request. This includes the respective transport service provider responsible for shipping ordered goods and the external service provider handling your support request. The website is hosted on servers in Switzerland. Data is shared to provide and maintain the functionality of our website. This constitutes our legitimate interest under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
If we make advance payments, e.g., for a purchase on account, we may obtain a credit check from a credit agency to safeguard our legitimate interests.
For this purpose, we transmit the necessary personal data to Intrum AG, Eschenstrasse 12, CH-8603 Schwerzenbach, and use the information received about the statistical probability of default for a balanced decision on the selectable payment method (e.g., prepayment or invoice). The credit report may include probability values (score values) calculated based on scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedures that incorporate address data, among other factors. Your interests requiring protection are considered in accordance with legal requirements.

5. Data Transfers Abroad
We are entitled to transfer your personal data to third-party companies (commissioned service providers) abroad for the purposes described in this privacy policy. They are obligated to protect data to the same extent as we are. If the data protection level in a country does not correspond to Swiss or European standards, we ensure through contractual arrangements that the protection of your personal data corresponds to that in Switzerland or the EU at all times.
6. Cookies
Cookies help make your visit to our website easier, more pleasant, and more meaningful in many ways. Cookies are information files that your web browser automatically saves on the hard drive of your computer when you visit our website.
We use cookies, for example, to offer you the shopping cart function across multiple pages and to temporarily save your input when filling out a form on the website, so you do not have to re-enter the input when calling up another subpage. Cookies may also be used to identify you as a registered user after you register on the website without requiring you to log in again when calling up another subpage.
Most internet browsers automatically accept cookies. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or a message always appears when you receive a new cookie. On the following pages, you will find explanations of how to configure the processing of cookies in the most common browsers:

7. Tracking
To design and continuously optimize our website according to needs, as well as to control advertising measures on external platforms, we use so-called tracking links, e.g., for Google Analytics.
Tracking links are used for:
Web Analytics Tools
To design and continuously optimize our website according to needs, we use the web analytics service Google Analytics. In this context, pseudonymized user profiles are created, and small text files stored on your computer ("cookies") are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is transmitted to the providers’ servers of these services, stored there, and prepared for us. In addition to the data listed in section 1, we may receive the following information as a result:
- Navigation path taken by a visitor on the site,
- Duration of stay on the website or subpage,
- The subpage from which the website is exited,
- The country, region, or city from where access is made,
- Device (type, version, color depth, resolution, width, and height of the browser window), and
- Recurring or new visitor.
The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, compile reports on website activities, and provide further services related to website and internet usage for market research purposes and the needs-based design of this website. This information may also be transferred to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on our behalf.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is provided by Google Inc., a company of the Alphabet Inc. holding company, based in the USA. Before transmitting data to the provider, the IP address is shortened within the member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area by activating IP anonymization ("anonymizeIP") on this website. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. In such cases, we ensure through contractual guarantees that Google Inc. maintains an adequate level of data protection. According to Google Inc., under no circumstances will the IP address be linked to other data related to the user.
Further information about the web analytics service used can be found on the Google Analytics website. Instructions on how to prevent the processing of your data by the web analytics service can be found at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
8. Notice About Data Transfers to the USA
For users residing in Switzerland, we note that US authorities undertake monitoring measures that generally allow the storage of all personal data of all persons whose data has been transferred from Switzerland to the USA. This is done without differentiation, limitation, or exception based on the pursued objective and without an objective criterion that makes it possible to limit US authorities’ access to the data and its subsequent use to specific, strictly defined purposes that are capable of justifying the associated interventions in accessing these data and their use. Furthermore, we point out that no legal remedies are available in the USA for affected persons from Switzerland that would allow them to access the data concerning them and to obtain their correction or deletion, nor is there any effective judicial protection against general access rights of US authorities. We explicitly inform affected persons about this legal and factual situation to make an informed decision regarding consent to the use of their data.
For users residing in a member state of the EU, we note that the USA, from the perspective of the European Union – partly due to the topics mentioned in this section – does not have an adequate level of data protection. To the extent that we have explained in this privacy policy that data recipients (such as Google) are based in the USA, we will either ensure through contractual arrangements with these companies or through the certification of these companies under the EU or Swiss-US Privacy Shield that your data is adequately protected by our partners.
9. Right to Information, Correction, Deletion, and Restriction of Processing
You have the right to request information about the personal data stored by us about you. In addition, you have the right to correct incorrect data and the right to delete your personal data, provided that there is no legal retention obligation or a legal basis that permits us to process the data.
You can contact us for the aforementioned purposes via email or the contact form (see Legal Notice). To process your requests, we may, at our discretion, require proof of identity.
10. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data stored with us against manipulation, partial or complete loss, and unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
You should always treat your login details confidentially and close the browser window when you have finished communicating with us, especially if you share the computer with others.
We also take corporate-internal data protection very seriously. Our employees and the service providers commissioned by us are obligated to confidentiality and compliance with data protection provisions.
11. Retention of Data
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to use the tracking and analysis services mentioned above and further processing within our legitimate interest. Contractual data is retained by us for a longer period due to statutory retention obligations. Retention obligations that require us to retain data arise from regulations on accounting and tax law. According to these regulations, business communication, concluded contracts, and booking documents must be retained for up to 10 years. If we no longer need this data to perform services for you, the data will be locked. This means that the data may then only be used for accounting and tax purposes.
12. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Data Protection Supervisory Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time.
